Toolkit for the collection and application of learning gained through participation in global health engagement

This toolkit was developed to provide a framework for staff and managers involved in Global Health activities to identify and document areas in which learning occurred that could provide an opportunity for improvement in service delivery and quality of care in Ireland. This will provide people who have returned from working in a less developed country, a systematic and simple tool which will allow them to reflect on what they have learned.
